Interview with NMF Founder Tim Peacock
Founded in 2005, the Nelsonville Music Festival is an annual event put on by Stuart’s Opera House as the principal fundraiser for the preservation and upkeep of the historic building in the heart of Nelsonville – a non-profit theater venue first opened in 1879 which continues to be used to this day for musical events, films, educational programs, and other events. “All festival proceeds benefit arts education in Southeastern Ohio, meaning every ticket purchased helps to enrich the lives of children with limited access to educational resources.”
