he Brady Music Center in Cincinnati hosted and emo night to remember from Pierce The Veil and The Used with support acts Don Broco and Girlfriends. The air was charged with excitement and anticipation, as fans pressed tightly to the barrier, eager to sing every word.

Pierce the Veil took the last set on their highly anticipated 2023 tour delivering an unforgettable performance.

Lead singer Vic Fuentes proved that his voice is still perfect since their first album “A Flair for the Dramatic” and still continues to comfort many people in difficult times, especially to younger fans.

“Emergency Contact” was a standout moment in the setlist, drawing the crowd into a collective state of awe and reflection. As the song builds up, the energy in the venue surges, with fans singing along with every word, their voices merging with Vic’s in a powerful display of unity.

But it wasn’t just the music that made the night special, it was the solid connection between the band and their dedicated fanbase. Every interaction with the audience, makes them feel like part of the performance.

In conclusion, Pierce the Veil’s music career is at a all time high, and will no doubt continue to climb.

The Used

The band challenged the audience with one of the newer singles “F**ck You” by telling the crowd to flip off Bert McCracken, and I will tell you Cincinnati fans didn’t disappoint.

The rest of The Used’s setlist was filled with nothing but fan favorites and had the audience singing along to every word. The performance was modified for longtime fans of the band, as the majority of the songs came from the band’s first two albums.

Nirvana’s Iconic “Smells Like Teen Spirit” ended a near perfect set.

Don Broco’s performance was an unforgettable night of exhilarating music and infectious energy.

The setlist was carefully crafted to showcase the band’s versatility, blending their signature sound with elements of alternative rock, pop and a touch of dance music. Songs like “Gumshield”, “Everybody” and “Come out to LA” had the entire venue jumping and dancing along.

If you have the opportunity to go see Don Broco, don’t hesitate. Their live performance would impress the current fanbase and new listeners like myself.
